Risks, Cancellations and Insurance

The ‘Guest’ assumes complete and full responsibility and hereby releases Bali Botanica by Oneworld Ayurveda, the owner/s, the employees, or anyone involved in supplying any services during the treatments or program taken.

Bali Botanica by Oneworld Ayurveda shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages in connection with accommodation, other facilities at the spa, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes, or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health-related problems while treatments or program at Bali Botanica by Oneworld Ayurveda and while in-transit to (e.g. an accident on the way to or from Bali Botanica), during and after any treatment, unless such injuries, losses or damages are due to the proven negligence or willful misconduct of Bali Botanica by Oneworld Ayurveda. It is the Guest’s responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable 50% deposit is requested to secure your booking. Bali Botanica does not offer cash or bank transfer refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as a credit for another booking within 6 months of the original booked date. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule:

• For cancellations made between 30 and 16 days prior to the program start date, your full deposit payment may be applied to another booking.
• For cancellations made between 15 and 7 days prior to the program start date, 50% of your deposit payment may be applied to another booking. 50% of the deposit is forfeited.
• If you cancel 7 days or less before your program starting date, the entire deposit is forfeited.
• For cancellations made during the ongoing program, deposit and full payment are non-refundable.

The ‘Guest’ understands and agrees that exceptions to the refund policy cannot be made for any reason, including but not limited to late arrival or early departure. There are no partial refunds for any services not used during the program.

Cancellation By Bali Botanica

Bali Botanica will do its utmost to maintain its standard of never canceling a program, but if for some unforeseen reason, Bali Botanica were to ever cancel a program, guests are welcome to move program dates or their payment will be refunded in full.
